Arts Council Korea named 23-year-old Eom Sihyun the youngest selected composer of the 14th ARKO Korean Contemporary Music Festival; ‘Parrot in the Rainforest’ was performed by the Korean Symphony Orchestra under Chi-yong Jung.
Arts Council Korea’s press release for the 14th ARKO Korean Contemporary Music Festival named 23-year-old Eom Sihyun its youngest selected composer. Her ‘Parrot in the Rainforest’ was performed by the Korean Symphony Orchestra under Chi-yong Jung at the Seoul Arts Center on February 1, 2023.
