The Eastman School of Music’s virtual concert series ‘The Music She Writes: A Celebration of Asian Female Composers’ featured SiHyun Uhm in Concert 4, ‘Giving a Voice,’ alongside composers including Kamala Sankaram, Du Yun, and Niloufar Nourbakhsh.
SiHyun Uhm's Mnemonic Dust for brass band received an honorable mention at the 2026 Young Composer Initiative, which drew over 80 entries from 10 countries.
