SiHyun Uhm was one of the 2022 winning composers of the Blueprint Bridge Fellowship, National Sawdust’s mentorship and commissioning initiative in partnership with Juilliard. Fellows developed new projects with professional composer mentors, culminating in a year-end concert at National Sawdust.
SiHyun Uhm's Mnemonic Dust for brass band received an honorable mention at the 2026 Young Composer Initiative, which drew over 80 entries from 10 countries.
