About the Work
It is an uplifting piece that wanders around atmospherically. There is a great balance between flute and piano as they sometimes support or bring out one another. The theme is utilized from the beginning to the end like a 'variation' and endlessly modified themes function as a ring that keeps a connection for the entire piece.
