A Trip to an Island

This is piece is based on a story I made. It has three movements, first movement 'Peaceful Town,' second movement 'Main Character and His Dog,' third movement, 'Island.' There is one main male character who spent his whole life with his best friend dog. They live in a peaceful town, enjoy their life in the town, explore new places, and dream about the new world. That being said, the first movement starts with quiet and calm oboe melody, which represents the peaceful town. The second movement is unique, humorous, and funny, which is the main character's melody. In contrast in the B part, it's the dog's melody that is a little different from the main character's melody. It's more lazy, relaxed, and carefree. I hope audiences could catch two different characters between them. Lastly in the third movement, they decided to go on a trip to an island. They meet rainstorms, big waves while they're are sailing but eventually arrive on the island safely. They listened to sounds of the bird, become friends with animal friends, experience new things and go back to their town after a while. The important thing from this piece is that there is the sound that I planned to depict of a boat whistle at the beginning and at the ending.
